Some of the prints and cards with a Christmas or winter theme that I’ve sold lately via my Fine Art America portfolio:

The Vector frame is made from solid wood with a contemporary, angular profile measuring 0.87″ wide x 0.87″ deep. A gesso coating gives the molding rich color and a smooth finish. Premium shatterproof acrylic protects the art print, while an acid free dust cover on the back provides a custom finish. Includes wall hanging hardware.
Paper size 10″ x 10″. Printed area 8″ x 8″. Framed fine art print on natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using an advanced digital dry ink method to ensure vibrant image quality.

The Hudson Motor Car Company made Hudson and other brand automobiles in Detroit, Michigan, from 1909 to 1954. In 1954, Hudson merged with Nash-Kelvinator Corporation to form American Motors. The Hudson name was continued through the 1957 model year, after which it was dropped.
Heading to Banff in the Canadian Rocky Mountains in the next few weeks. Still need too order a few items. One of them is another SD card. I plan to shoot some video on the trip and want to make sure I have enough storage. Plus be fast enough as not to slow me down.
The Canon 6D supports UHS-1 cards. The UHS-1 standard allows a theoretical bus speed of 312MB/sec. It is “theoretical” because buses have overhead (usually one “large” file will transfer faster than lots of “small” files) but more importantly, nobody actually makes SD card technology that can transfer data that fast. So really it’s the physical speed of the card that becomes the barrier and not the speed of the bus.
I’ve used Transcend SD cards in the past and they have been good performers at a good price. A Transcend 32 GB High Speed Class 10 UHS Flash Memory Card retails on Amazon for under $20 and provides a transfer rate of up to read 85 Mb/s ; Write 45 MB/s.
Nothing wrong with getting an early start on the Christmas season! December gets so busy few people have the time to enjoy the holiday. Just last year my siblings never even got around to send out cards.
I just sold two boxes of these Christmas cards to someone who is looking to get ready for the season. Planning ahead certainly will take a lot of stress out of the upcoming season. And why not spread the expenses around. Buy some cards and gifts early so you don’t have that big credit card bill in January. This way it will only be the food and drink from the parties and that fresh cut Christmas tree that you’ll have to worry about. Or maybe send off your cards in August and skip town on a long extended vacation!
Of course Christmas Baubles are fine – colorful, modern but if humorous Christmas cards are more your style they you can’t go wrong with some of these funny Christmas dog cards by Edward M. Fielding and available through Fine Art America:
